The Pensions Regulator

TPR works with pension scheme trustees, scheme managers and employers to help protect your pension.

Pensions Ombudsman

This is an independent organisation set up by law to deal with pension complaints. They look at the facts without taking sides and the service is free to use.

Pension Protection Fund (PPF)

The PPF provides compensation to members of eligible defined benefit pension schemes in the event of the employer becoming insolvent and where there are insufficient assets in the pension scheme to cover the PPF level of compensation.

The Pension Service

This service offers information about your State Pension. You can use it to check how much State Pension you may receive, when you’ll be eligible, and whether you can increase it. It also provides contact details to help you trace a lost pension.
